Questionnaire validation Association
Recovery from work came in four distinct forms
Among 930 employees, recovery outside work separated into four measurable experiences (switching off from work, relaxation, mastery and control), with moderate links to job stressors and well-being in a 271-person subsample, as found using questionnaire development and validation.
