For teams

Same deadline, five people, five different evenings.

See how your team carries pressure, without anyone's answers being exposed.

A team Box shows how your team bends under load: what you share, the roles people fall into, and where the strain collects. Everyone answers privately on their own phone, and nobody gets an individual report.

How it works

  1. Make a team Box

Give it a name, pick the quiz everyone takes, and send one link to your team. About a minute.

  2. Everyone answers privately

On their own phone, in their own time. Joining is optional, and the person who made the Box can't see who hasn't joined.

  3. Read the patterns together

Once at least three people finish, the Box opens: what you share, where you differ, and one thing to try as a team.

What a team Box shows

Fictional example
Common ground
3 of 5 of you speed up when a deadline moves.
Roles in your group
One of you takes the hit so the rest don't feel it straight away; another bounces back first. Roles are relative to this team, never ranked.
How your group bends under pressure
Flexes first when plans change. Load collects with the two people closest to clients.
Group blind spot
Only one of you tends to hold up well under uncertainty. When it hits, that person ends up carrying the rest.
One practice for the group
A ten-minute check-in after every deadline, before the next one starts.

What we promise your team

  • Group patterns only

No individual reports to anyone, including the person who made the Box.

  • Opens at three

The read-out appears only once at least three people have finished.

  • Leave anytime

Anyone can leave a Box and disappear from it at once.

  • No scores, no rankings

Nothing about how well anyone works. Roles are relative, never better or worse.

Questions teams ask

Is this a clinical or psychological assessment?

No. Calmistry is an exploratory self-understanding tool, not medical care, a diagnosis or a prediction. Its measures are still being validated, and every result says so.

Can we use it for hiring, appraisals or performance reviews?

No. It describes how people tend to carry pressure, not how well they work. Please don't use it to select, rate or rank anyone.

Will a manager see my result?

There are no individual reports to anyone. Your material and role are visible only to people in the Box, and only if you join.

Who sees what?

A Box's name, and the first names people choose to share, are shown only to that Box's members. The group read-out opens once three people finish.

Where is the data kept?

Calmistry is hosted in India. Anyone can delete their own data from Settings at any time, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act apply. The privacy notice has the full detail.
